Where required by law, your prior consent will be obtained before sending direct marketing. In any event, you may opt-out of receiving information from LD at any time by following the unsubscribe information provided in the e-mail or requesting to be removed through the Contact Us form.

We do not match personally identifiable information with non-personally identifiable information. In other words, we do not link personal information (name, etc.) with visit information, such as pages visited.  We are a global company and therefore we may transfer your information to countries around the world, including countries outside your country or your continent.  We will, where necessary, put in place appropriate safeguards to ensure your information is protected.

Information Disclosure and Third Parties

We do not sell, license, trade or rent personal information about our users. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or change of control of LD, customer data would be considered a business asset and would be transferred. We will disclose information we maintain when required to do so by law, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We may also disclose personal information as required by law or to protect the safety and security of our users.

Links to Other Websites

This Site contains links to other websites and social media networks. Please be aware that this Policy does not apply to any other website and a link from our Site to another website does not imply our endorsement of that site. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.  If you are a child and wish to ask a question or use this site in any way which requires you to submit your personal information, please get your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf.

California Privacy Rights

As provided by California Civil Code Section 1798.83, a California resident who has provided personal information to a business with whom he/she has established a business relationship for personal, family, or household purposes ("California customer") is entitled to request information about whether the business has disclosed personal information to any third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. In general, if the business has made such a disclosure of personal information, upon receipt of a request by a California customer, the business is required to provide a list of all third parties to whom personal information was disclosed in the preceding calendar year, as well as a list of the categories of personal information that were disclosed.

However, under the law, a business is not required to provide the above-described lists if the business adopts and discloses to the public in its privacy policy a policy of not disclosing customers' personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes unless the customer first affirmatively agrees to the disclosure, as long as the business maintains and discloses this policy. Rather, the business may comply with the law by notifying the customer of his or her right to prevent disclosure of personal information and providing a cost free means to exercise that right.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Because there currently isn't an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

Contact Us if Your Information or Preferences Change

If your personal information or your preferences change, if you don’t want us to send you the information you have requested or if you have any queries about how we use your personal information, please let us know by contacting us.
